i ha vent gotten a new book yet, so i just read an article about Obama

Now Obama has accomplish to bring about 12,000 soldiers back from Baghdad. they said they should be able to leave by September..so basically 120,000 will still be a substantial force remaining in Iraqis, also the us will give power back to Iraqis 74 facilities and areas that are still under control by us, should all be given back by March.
Even 4,000 British soldiers will also be returning home by September..

Question: by taking out the soldiers from Iraqis country, will that make them not attack us again?

Comment: I'm not sure what will happen when we take our soldiers back out of Iraqis. it can be a bad choice because they could want their revenge. or maybe they will forget and make peace.
